I run a home bakery and this edible silver has become one of my go-to decorating supplies. My customers absolutely love the luxurious look it gives to wedding favors and special occasion treats. The quality is consistent from sheet to sheet, which is really important when you’re doing bulk orders. I’ve tried cheaper brands before and they just don’t compare. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but the professional finish is worth every penny. My only complaint is I wish the sheets were slightly larger, but that’s pretty minor.

I’m a pastry chef and ordered this for the restaurant. The quality is definitely good – nice shine, easy enough to apply once you have the technique down. My only complaint is that the sheets aren’t all perfectly uniform in thickness, so some areas look slightly different than others. It’s not super noticeable unless you’re really looking, but for high-end desserts it can be a tiny bit frustrating. Still, for the price point, it’s a solid product and my customers haven’t noticed any issues.
