Excellent product … it is hard to work with, but any edible gold foil is. There is a knack to getting those pieces off without it all crumpling into a tiny spec. Expensive, and squares are small, but when adding as an accent, it worked for my purpose. I have kept it in the plastic sleeve it came in, and even after a year, it is still perfect. I use it for special elegant baking projects
