For online shoppers, We deliver our orders through a logistical service, either via Freight Forwarders, or Courier Services, or Postal Services.
We can deliver to most places in the world. Note that some products may not be allowed or may be restricted in some countries. Responsibility for this rests with the purchaser and if you are not sure if a particular item is permitted in your country we recommend that you check before ordering.
Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities in the destination country are at your cost.
Please note that we only deliver to all physical addresses. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, as all deliveries are sent with couriers who must obtain a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not there at the time of delivery, a collection card might be left for you to collect it at your local Post Office. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
Online Orders that are in stock will take 2-3 working days to dispatch, then depending on location, postal service takes approx 7 to 30 days due to shipping from Hong Kong. Note: Barnabas Gold will not be responsible for delays caused by Customs in the recipient country.
