Return & Exchange Policy

Barnabas Gold accepts a return for online purchases for any reason, as long as the product is still in new and unused condition with all tags still attached. Barnabas Gold reserves the right to assess all returns before a decision is made.

Barnabas Gold requires notification of your intention to return/exchange within 7 days of the date of delivery. Notification is to be made via our Contact Us page with the following details: your name, invoice number, product name/code, the reason for return and request for exchange.

If you wish to receive a different item in exchange for the returned product, the amount of that different item must be equal or greater than the returned product.

Please send returns to our company. We will reply through e-mail with a detailed procedure of returning our product once we receive a notification.

In the event you are exchanging, the new product will be resent to you with no extra shipping charges incurred, however postage costs of returning the product back to us is your responsibility.

Barnabas Gold is not responsible for any item that is returned and is not in a new, unused and unworn condition. As we do not sell used products, we will not accept the return of any item that is considered used.

Return and exchanges are processed within 1 – 2 weeks of receipt of returned product. Make sure your name, address, phone number, and instructions are clearly indicated.
