This stuff definitely works and looks great when you’re done, but fair warning – it takes some patience to apply neatly. I used it to refinish some ornate picture frames I inherited from my grandmother and wanted to bring back to life. The leaf is super thin so it tears easily if you’re not gentle, and getting it smooth in all the detailed carved areas took some time. I found that using a soft brush to press it into crevices worked best. The final result is worth the effort though – the frames look absolutely gorgeous and everyone who sees them is impressed. Just don’t rush it.
