This stuff is gorgeous and really elevates my desserts, but you have to be super careful when handling it. I learned the hard way that it tears easily if you’re not gentle. Once I got the hang of it though, I was able to create some really professional-looking cakes. The sheets are thin but that’s what makes them look so elegant. Would definitely recommend practicing on something simple first before attempting anything elaborate.
