Genuine Copper Leaf supplied in booklets

Genuine Copper LEAVES 25, 100, and 500 sheets, 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" loose leaves packed in interleafing booklets. A sheet of genuine copper is placed between each page of fine lightweight paper for easy handling.

Product Information

Genuine copper leaf. The leaf is made from pure copper, approximately 1 micron thick. The leaf is beaten mechanically by machines through thousands of repetitions, mauling it to a thin layer of copper.

Uses of genuine copper leaf

A multi-purpose gilding leaf you can use for interior decorations, exterior renovation such as domes in churches, figurines, furniture restorations, signage, signboards, photo frames, scrapbooking, and other craftwork. You can put copper leaf on wood, ceramic, glass, metal, paper, fabric, plastic, polyresin, etc.

Genuine, not imitation copper leaf

NOTE!! 100% Genuine Copper leaf. However, it will oxidize when exposed to air and/or heat. After application it is necessary to coat the finished product with a coating to prevent it from oxidizing.

Larger gold leaf sheets than typical

Please also note that our leaves are industrial class copper sheets. The sizes are almost 4 times as large as other copper leaf sheets you see on the internet (usually their size is 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" but it is claimed to be approximately 2" x 2").

  1. Brian Taylor –

I used this copper leaf on some decorative wooden boxes I make and sell at craft fairs. The sheets are a nice size for small detail work and the copper has a lovely warm tone. It does tarnish over time which is expected with real copper, but I actually like the aged patina look. If you want it to stay shiny you’ll need to seal it. Instructions could be better but there are plenty of tutorials online.

  2. Samantha Lee –

Used on clay pots for a garden project. Gorgeous finish that catches the light beautifully.

  3. Marie –

Takes practice to apply without wrinkles but the end result is stunning.

  4. Tom –

I was hesitant about the price but this stuff is the real deal. I used it on a decorative mirror frame for my dining room and guests keep asking where I bought it. The copper has this warm, genuine metallic surface that catches light beautifully. Application took some patience but the instructions were clear. Already planning my next project with it.

  5. Mark Johnson –

You can’t fake this look with paint. The reflectivity is genuine.

  6. Amanda –

So easy to use and looks amazing.

  7. Emily R. –

Rich, warm tone that looks elegant on my picture frames.

  8. Robert Hayes –

Restored an antique table leg with this and it blends perfectly with the original copper inlay.

  9. Eric J. –

You can’t fake this look with paint. Glad I went with actual copper leaf.

  10. Tyler R. –

Works well and the color is true copper, not orange or brassy.
