24kt 80mm Genuine Gold LEAVES 25, 100, 250, and 500 sheets 80mm x 80mm 3 1/8″ x 3 1/8″ loose leaves packed in interleafing booklets. A sheet of gold is placed between each page of fine lightweight paper for easy handling.

24kt Genuine Gold leaf. The gold leaf is beaten mechanically by machines through thousands of repetitions, mauling it to a thin layer of gold.
Other uses of genuine gold leaf
Gold leaf is applied in interior design (decorating walls), exterior renovation such as domes in churches, figurines, furniture restorations, signage, signboards, photo frames, scrapbooking, and other craftwork.
Genuine, not imitation gold leaf
NOTE!! 24kt Gold has 24kt of Genuine Gold in the metal leaf. There are other metal leaves out on the market that are called “Goldleaf” because of their appearance, but they are in fact a copper zinc alloy, and have ZERO gold in them. The industrial term for these leaves is called imitation gold leaf, or composition leaf. These leaves are used for mass production of furniture and frames. However, they will oxidize and change color over time. You can test if they are composition leaf if you spray water or put vinegar on their raw surface (i.e. prior to putting on varnish or coatings).
Larger gold leaf sheets than typical
Please also note that our leaves are industrial class gold sheets. The sizes are almost 4 times as large as other gold leaf sheets you see on the internet (usually their size is 1 3/4″ x 1 3/4″ but it is claimed to be approximately 2″ x 2″).

You really have to be careful handling this stuff, but once you get the hang of it the results are stunning. I gilded some wooden boxes for gifts and everyone was impressed. The color is rich and authentic looking. Make sure you have the right adhesive and give yourself time to work slowly. A little goes a long way too, so this pack lasted me through several small projects.

I refinished an old side table and added gold leaf detail on the legs and drawer pulls. This stuff is ridiculously delicate, like it’ll tear if you breathe on it wrong, but once you figure out the technique it’s not bad. Used a soft brush to position it and it adhered perfectly to the sizing. The warm gold color looks expensive and authentic. Really elevated the whole piece.
