    I’m a total novice and this was so easy to use. It was my son’s “golden” birthday and he LOVED being able to eat gold! I was able to get it on the food very easily and it came out great. I was worried that because I didn’t spring for the more expensive transfer sheets it wouldn’t work well but it was amazing!

    Muy buen producto aunque engañoso el tamaño.
    Lo compre para un menú degustación y la verdad es que le ha dado un toque de calidad al postre increíble.
    Si bien es cierto que en las fotos las láminas parece que son muchos más grandes que en la realidad (son poco más que un sello) ha sido una cantidad suficiente para decorar 20 postres por lo que el coste no ha sido elevado.
    Una muy buena opción para hacer algo distinto sin pagar esas millonadas que se ven por platos que llevan este producto

    This year for Christmas I decided to make some wonderful Belgian Chocolate Truffles and garnish with gold leaf. I came across these and decided to give it a whirl. It’s not the easiest to work with, however once you get the hang of it, it isn’t all that bad. And…the end result, I found to be gorgeous. Takes an ordinary truffle to a new height. I plan to find more uses for it as I LOVE the “finishing touch” it give. I did find a very useful instructional video on Escoffier Online….How To Make Goldschlager Truffles. I would strongly recommend watching if you have never worked with gold leaf. I will definitely buy again! The packaging of the Gold Leaf itself is just beautiful too!!
