I’m Katie of Dottie May Bakes. I started my business during the first wave of the pandemic in 2020. I am named after my grandmother Dorothy who taught me how to bake.
I love to create beautiful, elegant cakes incorporating techniques like wafer paper, stenciling and florals. I am also a big fan of the piped heart cake.
